When I moved into my new condo I needed to get coverings for all 11 windows and front door in my house. I originally contact three companies via their websites to request appointments for consultations and quotes. Change of Blinds got back to me within a half an hour – on a Sunday. Well in advance of the other companies. They were also able to set up an appointment within a reasonable timeframe that suited my schedule. He spent about two and a half hours helping me pick fabrics, materials, styles and colours, as well as measuring and informing me about options, timeframes, etc…In the end I decided to forego the other appointments, as I was happy with the service and quote I received from Change of Blinds. My window coverings arrived less than two weeks and an appointment for installation was scheduled for shortly thereafter. I am very pleased with my window coverings and with the help and treatment I received from Change of Blinds. Doug and Lisa are wonderful at keeping in touch about your order and working around your schedule. They are also genuinely friendly people who know their craft.
